Always loved this album. Still listening to it allot! I wish they would release this on surround sound format as well as the live concert of this tour at Perkin’s Palace.
That would be a must buy. Well, the sale of the Genesis catalogue to Concord included Collins’ solo material, so there’s a chance. The SDE of ‘The Lamb’ suggests Concord will invest in Genesis releases, so perhaps Collins will benefit from their interest too (Banks and Rutherford seem to believe there’s no demand for old material – they’re wrong).
I used to have this one on vinyl before I (foolishly) sold part of my collection many moons ago 🫣. I liked it, though it wasn’t quite a favorite like the previous one. Your piece has definitely reminded me to give it another listen, thanks for sharing! Looking forward to the next episode(s)
Me too. My collection had to go for space and financial reasons. ‘Hello’ gets a little squeezed between the impact of his first album and ‘No Jacket’. It’s definitely worth a listen. I guess ‘Jacket’ made more of the 12” format though.

I hope you’re right. I don’t know anything about Concord and I forgot about their catalog sale! Please make this happen 🙏

True, Ian Paul, Phil was a late convert to the format. 😁
